Harvey has been an Elvis fan for as long as he can remember. He never saw Elvis in person but while serving in the Navy, he met Jimmy “Orion” Ellis,
Soon after Harvey left the Navy, he went to Tennessee and met Elvis Tribute Artist (ETA) Lou Vuto, along with Elvis’ long time friend, Charlie Hodge. Talk about inspiration! 
During 2007, his first full year of being full time, Harvey set a record of 263 appearances in 2008 and in 2009, an even bigger record of 310 performances. In 2010, he surpassed his 900th Elvis tribute and his 1,200th career performance, including his first international appearance, performing for Singapore's First Elvis Fan Club.

Harvey has had his Elvis songs played on Canada’s ETA internet radio numerous times over the years as well as Elvii.com internet radio in the U.S.  Harvey provides exciting entertainment for any venue or occasion.
His primary mission: to touch as many lives as possible with the music and magic of Elvis – to make people smile and remember good times and especially, to remember Elvis.
