When James Gibb was 13 years old, during January of that year, he stumbled across Elvis Aloha From Hawaii on the television. Elvis' performance left a definite impression on him. The next day "Elvis" starring Kurt Russell was on....James was hooked.
After loving and studying Elvis for many, many years...an announcement was made that Windsor, Ontario was going to have their very own Elvis festival the following summer. Without his knowledge James' wife Lisa, entered him into the contest. Though
he was scared to death he did it...not very well, but he did it. With that performance James was determined to make his tribute
to Elvis the best he possibly could.
Having an immense knowledge of Elvis and his career James loves all the eras of Elvis, but prefers to perform Elvis' early years from
approximately 1954 to 1961

Since that very shakey first Windsor Elvis Festival James has gone on to enter many other festivals and contests..taking home many 1st place wins. In 2010 James was chosen to be Canada's Representative in Wales and the first ever Elvis World Cup where he came infifth place out of gentlemen representing thirteen different countries.
James has a love and passion for Elvis that comes through with each performance. Whether it is a tracks-only show or a full show with a band,
James will show you why in the 1950s Elvis became forever known as the King of Rock n' Roll.
