Paul recreates classic Elvis® performances using professionally reproduced costumes from the various eras of Elvis®' career, such as the "Gold Lame" jacket from 1957, the black leather suit from the 1968 Comeback Special, the "Fringe" jumpsuit from "Elvis® - That's The Way It Is" (1970), the "Burning Love" and "Owl" jumpsuits from "Elvis® On Tour" (1972), and the "Peacock" jumpsuit from 1974-75. Paul shares his enjoyment or Elvis®' music with other Elvis® fans through his "Aloha From Ottawa!" show. He has performed throughout the Eastern Ontario region, including Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Barrie, Collingwood, Brantford, Cambridge, and even Memphis, Tennessee, USA, Elvis®' hometown. |
| The main focus of the "Aloha From Ottawa!" showcase is Elvis®' live performances of the 1970's. Using professional costuming, karaoke tracks or a band, and the rich smoothness of his astoundingly powerful and Elvis®-like voice, Paul recreates the energy, charisma and stage presence of Elvis® as tastefully and respectfully as possible. |
